1. Permitted Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes to showcase ALAFRAME's creative production capabilities, visual portfolio, service suite, and to facilitate direct campaign consultations. Unauthorized automated scraping, extraction of video assets, or disruption of WebGL resources is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Works

All proprietary animations, 3D assets, custom shaders, video lookbooks, copy, and website layouts are owned by ALAFRAME. Portfolio assets featured on this site are categorized transparently:

Client Work: Commercial creative projects executed directly for brand partners (such as Peptonix, Parcha Fabrics, and FitCru) and displayed under commercial presentation rights.
Studio Spec Work: Concept demonstrations created by ALAFRAME directors to showcase specific technical formats (such as claymation diffusion, CGI watch modeling, or luxury fragrance lookbooks). Studio Spec projects are speculative aesthetic studies and do not imply an official partnership or endorsement by the referenced brand unless designated as verified Client Work.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all visual materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While ALAFRAME produces high-performance direct response advertising creative, we make no guarantee of specific ad campaign return on ad spend (ROAS) or algorithmic distribution performance, as campaign results depend on advertising budget, product-market fit, and platform auction conditions.
